1. HOW LONG DOES THE ITEM(S) TAKE TO REACH ME?

Basically, we will collect all the order and send them after the batch end to our supplier. It will takes around 1 week for our supplier to prepare the order and around 2-5 days via EMS to reach us. Thus, it takes around 2 weeks to reach us. Once we get it, we will wrap all order and post to you guys. In conclusion, it takes around 3 weeks to reach you. Sometimes it does take longer than the estimate time due to certain reason like items are out of stock thus need to wait for the restock item and sometimes need to wait till the released date or held by custom. So please wait patiently for your order to arrive. Please do not order if u can't accept this issues to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding.

4. DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE POSTAGE?

All items in my album (for pre-order) exclude postage. POSTAGE FEE rate is different based on your location.

5. CAN YOU RESERVE THE ITEM(S) FOR ME?

Sorry but all items are pre-order. Meaning to say you have to pay for it 1st before we can send your order to our supplier. 

As for ready stock items, we can reserve it for 5 days only. After day 6, will open to other customer.

6. CAN YOU LOWER THE PRICE?

Once again, sorry but the price is fixed. If you wish to save a bit, you can order in bulk and you will save on the postage fee rather than buy one by one.

However if there's promotion in our shop, you will get the discount price. So stay tune with our shop. 

7. HOW TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay via bank transfer, cash deposit machine (CDM), online banking or counter banking. I do not accept wang pos. I use BANK ISLAM, BSN and MAYBANK.

8. WHAT IS PROOF OF PAYMENT?

9. WHAT IS TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking number is a number to track the shipment of your parcel. Normally we will give the track number at night after we send your parcel (normally on the evening). To check the status of your parcel, please copy and paste your track number in the box under "Parcel No. (max 10)". However Pos Malaysia do take some time to update the tracking number. Usually on the day that we send your parcel, you will find "Record Not found". Do not worry about it. Do check again after day 1 or day 2. When you received your parcel, kindly inform us. 

10. DOES YOUR ITEM(S) ORIGINAL AND FROM KOREA?

Yes it is. For CD/DVD Album, they are original from their respective company. As for merchandise, do check our official merchandise. Do take note that our main supplier is from KOREA. So all the things that u order are directly send to us from Korea. Album that u ordered from me will be counted on GDA & Hanteo Chart. 

For Japanese album press, we do take order directly from Japan and album will be counted on Horican chart. 

11. DOES ITEM FROM [OFFICIAL] CUBE ENT. & [OFFICIAL] YG ENT. COME FROM THEIR WEBSITE?

Yes, it is. For item from CUBEE., my supplier ordered directly from their website.

As for item from YGE, my supplier ordered directly from their website.

Thus any official item that was available in their website will also be available in our shop.

12. CAN WE DO MEET UP?

Yes, we can. However, most of our item are pre-order. Thus you need to pay for your order 1st before we can do meet up. We don't accept half payment. As for location of meet up, we can only do around Kota Kinabalu town (whenever we are free). Date and time of meet-up depends on our schedule so do take note on it.
